Payment

50% Advance · 50% Before Delivery

  • 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
  • Remaining 50% must be cleared before final delivery.

Timeline

Timeline Starts After Confirmation

  • The clock begins once requirement and advance payment are confirmed.
  • Client-side approval delays impact final delivery dates.

Revisions

Package-wise Revisions Apply

  • Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds.
  • Additional revisions beyond the package may be chargeable.

Source Files

Released on Full Payment

  • Editable source files are delivered after full payment.
  • You receive all print-ready and export formats included in the package.

Third Party

Charged Separately

  • Hosting, domain, Shopify, paid plugins and ad spend are billed separately.
  • Unless explicitly included in the package inclusions.

Refund

Non-refundable Once Work Starts

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • We can pause a project once, on written request.

SEO

SEO Service Terms

  • SEO is a long-term strategy; rankings cannot be guaranteed.
  • Google algorithm updates may affect rankings.
  • Minimum commitment for monthly SEO is 3 months.
  • Paid tools, plugins and backlinks (if required) are billed separately.
  • Major website technical fixes are quoted separately if outside package scope.
